Day 01 : DelhiArrival in Delhi. Transfer to hotel.Overnight Delhi.
Day 02 : DelhiMorning tour of Old Delhi. Visit Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana - the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru, Jama Masjid and drive past Red Fort and Chandni Chowk. Check-out from the hotel at 1200 hrs.
In the afternoon, visit Qutub Minar built by Qutub-ud-Din Aibek in 1199, Humayun's Tomb, India Gate(War Memorial Arch ), Lakshminarayan Temple - a modern Hindu Temple. Also drive past President's House, Parliament House, Government Secretariat Buildings and Connaught Place shopping centre.
Day 03 : AgraArrival in Agra. Transfer to Hotel.Afternoon City Tour.Visit the world famous Taj Mahal built by the Mughal Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Later visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience.Overnight at Agra.
Day 04 : Agra/BharatpurDrive to Bharatpur. Check in at hotel.Day at leisure.
Day 05 : BharatpurMorning visit the bird sanctuary. Later drive to Jaipur and check in at hotel.Overnight at Jaipur.
Day 06 : JaipurMorning tour of Amer Palace. Amber Fort was the ancient capital of the State. Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Ascend the Fort on Elephant back.Afternoon tour of Jaipur. Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan was given a colour coat of pink a century ago in honour of a visiting Prince. Built by Maharaja Jai Singh, the notable astronomer, this city is 260 years old. Visit Maharaja's City Palace, the Observatory & Ram Niwas Gardens. Drive past Hawa Mahal & through the pink rose residential & business areas.Overnight Jaipur.
Day 07 : Jaipur/RanthamboreDrive to Ranthambore. Check in at hotel.Overnight at Ranthambore.
Day 08 : RanthamboreVisit Ranthambore Wildlife Sanctuary. Ranthambore is considered to be the best tiger reserves in the country. Monuments within the park includes Ranthambore Fort, the Jogi Mahal, a forest rest house that overlooks one of the lakes in the park, the Padam Talab. Remain in the sanctuary till evening waiting to see a tiger if destiny supports. Overnight in hotel.
Day 09 : ShivpuriDrive to Shivpuri in the morning. In the afternoon, visit the sanctuary.Overnight in tourist bungalow.
Day 10 : KhajurahoDrive to Khajuraho. Check in at hotel.These world famous temples were built by the Chandelas between 950 AD & 1050 AD. The important ones are Chaunset Yogini Kali Temple, the Mahadev Temple, Chitragupta or Bharatji Temple with a lovely image of 11 headed Vishnu, Vishvanath & Nandi Temples, Lakshmana Temple, Visha Temple of Shiva, which is the largest & most typical of temples. Visit the Eastern group of Temples. Parasvanath Temple is the only exisiting Jain Temple at Khajuraho and has excellent sculptures on the outer walls of the Sanctum. The Javeri Temple is dedicated to Vishnu. The other temples in this group are those dedicated to Brahma, Yamuna and Adinath.
Day 11 : Khajuraho/ BandhavgarhDrive to Bandhavgarh. Overnight in lodge.
Day 12 : BandhavgarhMorning visit sanctuary.Bandhavgarh is a must see destination on a wildlife travel itinerary of India. Bandhavgarh National Park is known for having the highest density of Tigers of any National Park in India. It is also known for its population of rare White Tigers. Day 13 : Bandhavgarh/KanhaDrive to Kanha. Overnight in lodge.
Day 14 : KanhaMorning visit sanctuary.Kanha National Park is considered one of the best National Parks in Asia. This is the area in which Rutyard Kipling's classic Jungle Book is set.Kahna provides a home to a significant number of tigers. The park is also known for successfully rescuing the Swamp Deer or Barasingha from the brink of extinction.
Day 15 : Nagpur/BombayDrive to Nagpur airport for flight to Bombay. Arrive and transfer to hotel.
Day 16 : BombayMorning tour of Mumbai.Kamla Nehru Park, Hanging Gardens situated on the slopes of Malabar Hill offering a panoramic view of Marine drive, Chowpatty Beach, Prince of Wales Museum, Mani Bhawan, Dhobi Ghat, Gateway of India & drive through the Crawford Market, Marine Drive & Flora Fountain.Check out at 12 noon. Later transfer to airport for return flight.
Day 17 : Back HomeDeparture to Delhi for homeward Journey.
