The Tiger Reserve is open from 15 November to 15 June. The Resort is open through out the year. During the monsoon season when the park is closed, guests can relax around the swimming pool and out door bar, soaking in the beauty of the forest beyond. The sound of the tumbling river, nature walks in the sal forest, jeep safari to Jhirna area, & elephant rides on the edge of the reserve forest complete a leisurely visit. Ideally, a one week interlude is a perfect holiday, although a four day stay can be realxing too.

Terra-cotta tiles, local marble stone and slate blend pleasingly in the main lodge building which is arranged on several levels to maximize enjoyment of the view.

The circular lodge and dining area, complete with a fully stocked bar and cosy fireplace, jut out making it an intrinsic part of the river and hills around it.
